Job description: 

Responsible for project tendering, construction contracts and project cost management. Developing quality requirements for project engineering documents and job schedules. Managing and coordinating work between the general contractor and suppliers, controlling real-time construction progress, coordinating the arrangements for construction, supervision and public relations etc. Examining the budgets, progress, plans and measures submitted by contractors and purchasers, and solving the problems arising in construction such as techniques, safety, construction plans and project management. Organizing internal checks over construction drawings and participating in project design promotion meetings. Carrying out overall control of the construction feasibility for design plans. Organizing acceptance checks over sub-projects and hidden projects in each phase of construction. Assisting in preparing detailed annual, quarterly and monthly construction schedules, and ensuring balanced development of all projects. Auditing engineering settlement and archiving engineering data. Implementing quality control over the construction techniques, structure and practices for each product line, organizing and archiving corresponding documents.
